SMa collaborates with strategic partners to develop and present new content for vocational training programmes. With a career service centre, SMa also supports the culture of life-long learning and employment within the industry.
Centre for Corporate Learning (CCL)
The SMa Centre for Corporate Learning (CCL) was established to provide quality core skills and knowledge training for workers as a key strategy to sustain our workforce’s competitive edge.
We believe that training promotes high productivity and quality in work and ensures your business remains at the industry’s forefront. CCL provides integrated training solutions to help companies develop their human capital to the fullest.
Each year, CCL conducts more than 400 seminars, workshops and conferences and trains more than 10,000 people. Other than on-time and on-demand training programmes, CCL also organises public seminars, talks and conferences, and also customizes training programmes to address each company's specific training needs.
Continuing Education & Training @ SMa (CET@SMa)
Established in 2009, CET@SMa organises career services such as career recruitment fairs, advisory boards and training courses, and facilitates job matching between employers and individuals. CET@SMa believes that suitable skill upgrading or retraining courses can enhance employability and job readiness.
Working closely with key stakeholders such as the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), Chinese Development Assistance Centre (CDAC) and Community Development Centres (CDC), CET@SMa assists in career placement for Centre for Corporate Learning (CCL) trainees.

SMa Institute of Higher Learning was established in 2004, with the aim to enhance the human capital development of Singapore’s workforce.
